We have more remixes from our classics in the works. One of them is the very first DJ Tiësto single ever release and part of our catalogue entitled The Tube and originally released on XTC – Music For The Mind. Expect a wide range of strong trance mixes with the sound of today.

Additionally we’ve also started working on remixes from another big classic, being Above The Sky by Airwave. More info on this one will follow soon.

By the end of this quarter at the latest we will be releasing something we’ve worked on for a longer period of time. Yves Deruyter’s single Infinity will see the light once again with a batch of remixes including but not limited to: DJ Fire, Castra & Sovve, CriCri, Jacksquad (aka Tom De Neef), Jimmy Galle, Steven Lloyd, Youri Parker, … and many more. Expect a massive bundle of remixes.

Sometime by the summer of this year we’ll be organizing again a Bonzai Remix Contest upon big demand we will be opening our vault of classics once again and give the new talents on the planet of today a chance to remix the music that set the path to today’s trance scene as we know it.

Expect more information in the beginning of May with a full lists of classics that will be made available for remixing.

On the 13th of March we’ll be organizing our second Bonzai Progressive Kult event in the Extreme Club (Lokeren, Belgium). This time the guest DJ will be no one else but Marko La Rocca from whom we’ve released in December his newest single in collaboration with Airwave entitled Blues Diamond.

Here some more info for those who don’t know Marko from the also famous La Rocca club in Antwerp (Belgium).

For the past 14 years MARKO has been the resident DJ for the legendary “La Rocca on Sunday “nights, a quite remarkable achievement. He’s been called a specialist by some and middle of the road by others..but everyone agrees : this guy’s got real talent and is a true professional.

For years his name has appeared in the top 10 of the influential dance-music magazine “Outsoon” readers poll ( Belgian DJ’s ) , and in 2004 he was also voted Best Belgian Progressive DJ.

His main source of energy comes directly from the dance-floor..it’s feedback drives him on – he’s a past master at picking-up on it’s vibe and guiding it . Of course it helps that he has an amazing selection of vinyl, which he uses (like a master-chef uses his ingredients in the kitchen) to create an incredible atmosphere on the dance-floor.

German downloadportal FOEM will stast this week with a remix competition for an upcoming Paul Edge release entitled Super Fantastic Easy Sex, a track which has already been featured in CSI Las Vegas. You can check the details for the remix contest HERE.
